Terms and Conditions for Online Booking for Mira (2016) Limited t/a Boho Cafe

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before making an online booking with Mira (2016) Limited, trading as Boho Cafe (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By making an online booking, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Online Booking:

  1. Our online booking service allows you to make reservations for dining at Boho Cafe.
  2. The availability of online bookings is subject to table availability and may be limited during peak hours or special events.

Reservation Confirmation:

  1. Once you have submitted your online booking request, we will send a confirmation email to the email address provided.
  2. The confirmation email will include details of your reservation, including the date, time, and number of guests.
  3. Please review the confirmation email carefully and contact us immediately if there are any discrepancies or changes needed.

Reservation Changes and Cancellations:

  1. If you need to make changes to your reservation or cancel it, please contact us as soon as possible.
  2. Changes to your reservation, including date, time, or number of guests, are subject to availability and must be confirmed by us.
  3. Cancellations made within [insert time frame] of the reservation time may be subject to cancellation fees or forfeiture of any deposits paid, as determined by us.

Arrival and Waiting Time:

  1. Please arrive promptly for your reservation. We may hold your table for up to 15 minutes from the reservation time.
  2. If you arrive late, your reservation may be forfeited or the duration of your dining experience may be reduced to accommodate subsequent bookings.

Special Requests:

  1. We will do our best to accommodate any special requests made during the online booking process.
  2. However, please note that special requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Pricing and Payment:

  • Prices for menu items, including food and beverages, are displayed on our website and are subject to change without notice.
  • Payment for your dining experience will be made at the restaurant following our standard payment methods and terms.

Limitation of Liability:

  1. We will make every effort to ensure a smooth and enjoyable dining experience. However, we shall not be held liable for any losses, damages, or inconvenience arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
  2. This includes, but is not limited to, unforeseen closures, service interruptions, or events that may result in the cancellation or rescheduling of your reservation.

Intellectual Property:

  1. All intellectual property rights, including trademarks, logos, and content, displayed on our website or related to Boho Cafe, are owned by us or our licensors.
  2. You are prohibited from using, reproducing, or distributing any intellectual property without our prior written consent.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

  1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand.
  2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
