An Awapuni take on a classic Kiwi favourite - our inclusive loaded sausage roll features a crispy gluten-free pastry with a hint of parmesan, cradling slow red wine-roasted Coastal lamb shoulder infused with herbs, spices, and a touch of lamb sausage meat.
Layered with silky slow-cooked leeks and topped with creamy kumara mash. Served with a delicious Riverside Orchard pear relish that perfectly complements the richness of the lamb.
